Dr. Madora’s practice is out of network but you can submit invoices for out of network reimbursement if your insurance plan allows. The office will provide all necessary documentation for accessing out of network benefits. Should you have questions about fees, financial policies or insurance reimbursement, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When engaged in care with Dr. Madora, she does not double book appointments and your time with her is protected. You can cancel 24 hours in advance without penalty but if cancelled less than one day before your appointment, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.

Dr. Madora hopes to collaborate with other providers involved in your care such as therapists, Obstetricians, Reproductive Endocrinologists, and Pediatricians. Dr. Madora will likely ask you for a release of information form to collaborate on your behalf.

Dr. Madora’s controlled substance prescribing protocol is based on state policies. Patients will not be able to receive controlled substances such as benzodiazepines or stimulants when seen virtually in NH or MA.
